When you browse our website, fill out our trip planner form, or contact us via WhatsApp or phone, we may collect:
- Contact Details: Your name, Indian mobile number, and optional email address.
- Trip & Itinerary Specifications: Pickup address or landmark, destination, travel dates, departure time, return date, and passenger count.
- Fleet Preferences: Selected vehicle model (e.g., Sedan, Innova Crysta, Tempo Traveller, Luxury Coach) or tour package of interest.
- Special Requests: Luggage volume, child seat requirements, or specific pickup notes provided by you.
2. How We Use Your Information
We process customer data strictly for legitimate operational purposes:
- To verify vehicle availability and calculate transparent, accurate fare quotations.
- To create and track your unique booking reference (e.g.,
VT-2026-XXXX). - To provide your designated chauffeur with pickup instructions and contact telephone for meeting at the scheduled time.
- To send you important journey updates, vehicle registration details, and driver contact cards before departure.
- To provide billing receipts upon request and address customer feedback or support requests.
3. WhatsApp & Communications
Our primary real-time communication channel is WhatsApp. When you use the "Send on WhatsApp" button, your browser directly formats a pre-filled enquiry message to our official business number (+91 74164 93252).
Your interactions over WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's standard end-to-end encryption. We do not use your phone number for unsolicited marketing spam or promotional robocalls.
4. Limited Driver Sharing & Third Parties
Because we run our own fleet and team of trusted drivers, your personal data stays within our internal organization. We only share:
- Your pickup location, customer name, and contact number with the specific driver assigned to execute your trip.
- Relevant travel details to hotel/resort partners if you book an inclusive multi-day tour package where hotel accommodation is arranged by us on your behalf.
We do not share your information with advertisers, credit agencies, or external data brokers.
5. Local Storage & Cookies
Our website uses lightweight browser localStorage to improve your user experience. For instance, when you fill out the Trip Planner form, a temporary draft is stored in your local browser so you don't lose your entered details if your connection drops or if you navigate between fleet pages.
We do not utilize intrusive tracking cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.
6. Data Retention & Your Rights
We retain booking and trip records only as long as necessary for administrative, legal, and operational compliance. You retain the right to:
- Request a copy of your booking history on file.
- Request correction of inaccurate contact or itinerary information.
- Request the removal of past booking records from our database once a trip has concluded and payments are settled.
